Due to sanitation issues, ChezPooche Day Spa does not accept returned items that have been used or worn merchandise.
All sales are final. Exchanges only on merchandise that has not been used and is returned within seven days of purchase and with original reciept.
Special orders~ We are happy to assist with special orders and can order products or items requested, however, if it is not a regularly ordered item in our store, we will require a deposit or pre-paid agreement .
